Results that suggest that "the severity of Covid-19 is related to low levels of testosterone and possibly high levels of estrogen in men and women", underlines Professor Manning. Before completing: "This is important because if it is possible to identify more precisely who is likely to be subject to severe Covid-19, it would help guide vaccination." Other studies should confirm this link with a larger sample of participants.
